• Details about the project or service you're interested in (for example, the type of work, your ZIP code or area, and timing).

We may also receive basic, non-identifying information from the advertising platform (such as which offer you responded to) so we can route your request correctly.

How we use your information

• To contact you — by phone, text message, or email — to confirm your request and arrange your offer or quote;
• To connect you with the single local provider associated with the offer you requested;
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• To keep records and improve how our offers work.

Who we share it with

By requesting an offer, you agree that your contact details and project information may be shared with the local provider connected to that offer, so they can contact you about the service. We also use trusted service providers that help us operate — for example, the advertising platform that hosts the request form and the software we use to manage contacts and communications. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with multiple competing companies.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a request, you consent to be contacted at the phone number you provide, including by phone call and SMS text message, about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time. Opting out of messages will not affect any service you've already arranged with a provider.

Your choices

• Access or delete: Ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to delete it.
• Correct: Ask us to update inaccurate information.
